30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@hmrstor3.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1–2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo — we'll send a replacement at no cost.
